President Donald Trump made a considerable amount of progress in Syria over the first year of his presidency. He reversed his predecessor’s policy of arming terror groups in the region, allowing Russian and Syrian forces to crush ISIS in no time.
Now all of that progress is in jeopardy, as globalists push to get U.S. forces involved in Syria to dispose their President Bashir al-Assad. The globalists are claiming without any real evidence that Assad used chemical weapons on his own people. This is being used as pretext for yet another war.
“The civilized world must not tolerate the Assad regime’s continued use of chemical weapons,” White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said in a press release this weekend.
The Russians cast doubt upon these claims.
“We believe that the only thing that can be a reason for any accusations is the conclusion by an international commission, the conclusion by an international working group. You may call it as you like, but there [should be] the result of an unbiased investigation,” Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said to reporters.
“As there is no such [investigation] any accusations are nothing but mudslinging,” Peskov said.
Assad is on the globalists’ hit list because he is a secular ruler with strong ties to Russia and Iran. Disposing Assad in Syria would almost certainly allow radical Islam to take over in the country, similar to what happened in Libya which has become an epicenter of human slavery while unleashing Muslim hordes throughout Europe as a direct result of Barack Obama’s leveling of the Gaddafi regime in 2011. Trump is reportedly working with the Pentagon on options to “punish the Assad government” over these alleged chemical attacks.
