Pope Francis always loves to talk about the evils of gun ownership, the erroneous nature of the free market, and why a globalist one world government is necessary, but when it comes to the issue of the child rape epidemic in the Catholic Church, he is much more tight-lipped. He has only recently started addressing and acknowledging these abuses.
A recent bombshell letter shows that the Pope’s silence might indicate complicity. The Vatican’s former ambassador to the United States is alleging that the Pope knew about former Cardinal Theodore McCarrick’s history of child abuse and chose to promote him despite knowing the heinous acts he perpetrated.
The former US ambassador, Carlo Maria Viganò is widely being attributed for writing “J’accuse,” an 11-page letter containing the many explosive allegations. Right now, Francis is traveling Ireland and frequently being hounded regarding the sexual abuse that is apparently so pervasive in his church.
“None of us can fail to be moved by the stories of young people who suffered abuse, were robbed of their innocence,” Francis said Sunday in West Ireland.
“This open wound challenges us to be firm and decisive in the pursuit of truth and justice,” he said. “I beg the Lord’s forgiveness for these sins and for the scandal and betrayal felt by so many others in God’s family.”
While the Pope may talk a good game publicly, behind the scenes he is evidently enabling the abuse of children if Vigano’s accusations are accurate.
“Pope Francis must be the first to set a good example for cardinals and bishops who covered up McCarrick’s abuses and resign along with all of them,” he said.
Viganò says that Vatican officials knew about the abuse as early as 2000. He claims Pope Benedict XVI sanctioned the pedophile McCarrick, but Francis rehabilitated the man and gave him a public role on behalf of the Catholic Church.
Recently, it came out that pedophile priests conspired to systemically rape children in the state of Pennsylvania over the course of many decades. As the evidence continues to compound, it may be time for the communist leftist Pope to finally resign and let in a hard-line conservative Catholic take over and Make Catholicism Great Again. What’s Mel Gibson up to these days, anyway?
